My Application status JUST got updated.... was this too late? + Interview questions for UPENN

So for UPENN application status, I was just checking it on 3/25, and it said my School report was missing.
I therefore contacted them through an email and asked if they had not received it, since in my school portal it was stated that they had been sent way back in January.

I did not get a response, but today I check and it seems like they updated it to “Received” on 3/26. Any chance that this was too late? Because I assumed that the colleges had already made their decisions prior to this date. Will this affect me heavily?

Also, I asked on the email if an interviewer was assigned to me, as I had gotten an email from UPENN way back in january telling me to expect an interview, but no one had contacted me, but they have not responded to me. Should I call them and see? I just want to know because I don’t want to look like I declined an interview if an interviewer had failed to contact me or something.

There is nothing to be done at this point. You’re admission decision has likely been made. I would not worry.

Yes I understand that, but lets just say for example (Although I hugely doubt it) that I get rejected because I “Declined” and interview not showing enough interest + No school report. I just want to know that those werent the issues that tilted the decision to a rejection if that happens, if you feel me haha.
