You have too many safety schools. Also I recommend you get rid of one of the UCs in exchange for USC, which gives much better finaid for OOS. Here are the changes I would recommend:

With your low family income, I would recommend applying to more private schools as they would give much better financial aid packages (you would be subsidized by richer full pay students). Also, if you’re going into biomedical/engineering, look into potential research opportunities provided by your top choice universities. Find a professor in your field of interest and go from there when deciding on colleges. Best of luck!
