My chances at Clemson/what I can do to help myself get accepted?

I’m a junior in HS and Clemson is my dream school. Unfortunately I messed up my freshman and sophmore year giving me an unweighted GPA of 2.81 and weighted 3.30. I have been working harder this school year to push up my grades to hopefully give me a better chance (expecting all A’s till i graduate). I dealt with some family issues, depression, and anxiety those first two years and have finally found help to furthermore better myself. I hate to make excuses for myself and debated strongly even adding this into this question, but with full honesty i believe those helped weigh me down. Also, I overdid my schedule with too many rigorious courses that I struggled to keep up with both of those years.
So 1. Is there any way to let the college know my situation and how i’m a hard worker just had a rough start?
2. What should I aim to score on my ACT and SAT?
I have taken all APs and honors courses, ride horses for the school and independently, am the president of 2 clubs (one of which I founded and is now the 3rd biggest club in the school), took a leadership service trip to Ghana giving me 45 service learning hours (aiming for 75 when i graduate), and work two jobs.
3. What do you think my chances are of getting into Clemson if i get all A’s this year and senior year when I apply?
4. Will talking to an admissions officer at the school help me?
5. What else can i do to help my chances?
Thank you!!
