Asian Male , Upper Middle Class

1490 SAT (Composite)

88.6 GPA (Weighted, School doesn’t do unweighted)
*School doesn’t do class rank

from freshman year to junior year I took
AP : CSA, US History, Chemistry

And 12 honors courses…
Including:
Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra 2, Honors Trig/Analyt, Honors English 1,2,3 , Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors Physics, Honors Organic Chemistry, Honors World History, Honors US History 1.

Stern reach

Everything is pretty much a garunteed acceptance, except Stern. You’re chance for stern is extremely low.

Stevens is not a guarantee. The average Stevens accepted student in 2018 had a high school of 3.86. A high school average of 88 corresponds to an unweighted GPA of 3.52. Your SAT of 1490 is about the average for Stevens students. You certainly have a chance, since Stevens also considers other factors besides SAT and GPA. It is not guaranteed however.

RBS- NB looks like a match, but can be strangely unpredictable. You coursework is not as rigorous compared to other upper middle class Asian background students in NJ, and doesn’t quite match up with a reasonably high SAT score.

Also agree Stevens is not a guarantee. Add Rutgers Newark as a safety when you fill in the Rutgers app. Seton Hall is a safety. You should also consider TCNJ, but they look at GPA a lot.

STERN depending on major is likely.
