My chances at USC or Berkeley

Hello, could anyone help me measure my chances of getting into USC or UCB?

I am a senior high-school student as the freshman applicant for the two schools

major selection: BS computer science
Old SAT: 2150 of 2400 (reading: 740; math:700 writing:710)
ACT: 33 of 36 (English:31; math:35; reading:33; science:31)
SAT subject test math II:780; physics: 800
weighted GPA: 3.85 of 4.00 (my school did not offer any AP courses)
mid-year grade: 3.81
no class rank in my high school
TOEFL: 107 of 120 (I am an international student from China)
no AP scores
extracurricular activities:
initiating and operating a charity work for two years
building a website able to interact with the database, which promoted the influence of my charity work
joined in a makerspace and built a Chinese-character clock (an electronic device)
Loving sports, during my sophomore year’s summer break I joined a fitness club and ran 5 km every day, losing 10 kg.

I think my essays are not bad.
Thanks!
