My chances at USC?

I'm sure everyone is asking about their chances, I just wanted someone elses output.
Here goes!

Male
Direct Egpytian/Irish Decent (Parents are both not from America)
Also born in Dublin, Ireland. I am a citizen of the USA living in PA.
Middle-Class

ACT: 25 (Yeah, I know it's low. I'm taking it again in September or October/November to hopefully raise it up)
SAT: (Too embarrassing, at least the ACT is manageable :P)

GPA: 4.1 Unweighed (Unsure of it weighed as of now)
Class Rank: 51 out of around 300 students
Regular College Prep classes Freshmen year
All Honors classes Sophomore year
All Honors classes Junior year
Planning to take AP Calc, AP English Lit, and AP U.S Gov Senior Year, rest Honor classes

Extracirriculars:
Unfortunately, the only I can really name of is Track and Field in my junior year, but I am planning to go to the TSA (Technology Student Association) and Track again senior year.

Work Experience:
Villa Cleaner (don't say anything x) )
12/2011- Present (Still employed)

Additonal Details:
Did take a summer program (Benjamin Wiley Partnership Program) after my summer year during the summer. Stayed at a university for 2 weeks taking mock classes.
Had a speech disorder as a kid (PDD-NOS), grew out of it thanks to technology. This will probably end up being my essay topic.

Oh, and I plan to major in Computer Engineering.
If anyone could give me an idea/confidence boost/reality check, it would really be appreciated. Thanks alot!

For engineering your quantitative stats (SAT/ACT/GPA) are very important, so definitely try to boost those up.

Retake the ACT definitely, and try to improve your class rank, it’ll be much better if you are 30/300. Your “Direct Egpytian/Irish Decent” would increase your chances i guess.

Zem,
If you are going to write about your heritage remember the word is descent, not decent.

How do you have a 4.1 unweighted GPA?
