I’m currently a junior and thinking about EDing at penn for the wharton school.

- wealthy town and high-ranked high school, multiple kids going to M&T program
- ~98k income bracket
- legacy (dad went to wharton graduate school)
academics (through 12th grade)
- APs: statistics, biology, lang, (going to take) BC, physics C, chem, macro, micro
- honors: all math classes, biology, physics, all spanish classes, US history, english 2
- academic electives: independent study in science, anatomy & physiology, scientific research
- GPA is about 4.17 weighted, 4.0 unweighted (may change by the end of the school year)
- first honors every semester
ECs/work
- tutoring job for the past year continuing into next year
- volunteer EMR becoming an EMT, about 150 hours at this point
- president of a fundraising club for St Judes at my school
- part of a town commission comprised of students and adults that’s like student government but is through my actual town and not my school

- presidential volunteer service award thing
- a science award at my school (probably biology)
I’ve been very science/math driven and was originally planning to do medicine but now am considering business. the only way it shows in my course work is through taking ap macro and micro next year. I know there’s soooo much more that factors in but any thoughts/tips would be appreciated.
