I also am highly involved in both math and science research. I also started a student debate forum to discuss issues in our town
Awards: Local science competition awards, Gold at a large regional math fair for 5 years, won that same fair in 2014, school science awards
Work. I work at a laboratory year round conducting molecular biology research, will have research published but after decisions are out,
So the reason why I personally think I have a good shot at Cornell is that during the summer I actually work for Cornell at one of their camps. I teach biology and ecology there.
I am from New York and I am white so that makes it harder
My recommendations were good, my bio teacher who wrote one is a cals alumni
So do I actually have a good shot at Cornell? I now feel its my best fit out of where I applied
I applied to most of the ivies beside Dartmouth Brown and Columbia, I applied to johns hopkins, uchicago, uc berkeley, caltech and then umass amherst and u miami for safety

With your test scores and scientific research, you will get accepted to most if not all. Your research sets you apart, something they look for in ivies. You’re a match for all of them. Good luck! You definitely have a good chance at Cornell. But it is an Ivy League school after all, so I’m sure they reject a lot of qualified applicant like yourself. However, your test scores and the research aspect of your application are solid, shows you curious and committed. Overall, you seem very well-rounded and I’m sure Cornell would regret not admitting you. Can you chance me now? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1729019-please-chance-me-cc.html#latest

low reach, you’re qualified, but theyre very random chance me back?

I don’t really understand the whole 100-point scale GPAs, but I think you have a good shot (well, depending on what that GPA is on the 4.0 scale- do you know?) Like test scores, research, awards, Cornell connection- all good.
