My Chances for UCONN

I'm most worried about my SAT scores and the fact that I only took two years of a foreign language in high school (but I took up to "Spanish III"--UCONN requires two years and recommends three years of a language), but I'm wondering if everything combined is enough.
My GPA is 99.095
Class Rank: 4 out of 285
SAT Score (1 sitting): 1740
I've taken three AP classes, mostly honors classes, and a few classes which don't really have levels (such as Child Development and a few technology classes).

Though my grades are generally high, will not taking one more year of a foreign language be my downfall, or do I still stand a good chance?

SAT is important, but I would say your GPA and class rank make up for it.

Sorry, I didn’t see the attached question. If you fulfill the language requirement, and you think that taking it will significantly impact your GPA in a negative way, then just don’t take it.
