you think I could get into Uconn with all this?

Is the GPA weighted or unweighted? i would say if you had better SAT scores it would be a 95% chance of getting in. Even with the fairly low SATs, your gpa is high and you have taken hard courses. i would be very surprised if you didnt get in. If your gpa is weighted and you have like a 3.2 3.3 or somthing like that then it would probobly be like 60/40 % of getting in. I hope that helps.

good luck

Sorry, I forgot to add the weighted GPA: It is a 3.9. Yes, my GPA is fairly high out of a 4.0 scale, but my SATs are pretty low =/ . I was wondering, do you think I could get any scholarships with my credentials?

the gpa is excellent but the sat score at least has to be 1300 or over (m and v) idk. i'm not the expert, but based on what i saw from scholarships most schools would give, most of them said gpa of at least 3 and sat above 1300 (math and verbal) only.

are you a junior? can you retake the SAT?

Yeah, I'm a junior. The thing is, I'm good at taking every single test except the friggin SATs. I don't know why--I think it's because I'm really nervous?

just take a class. My PSAT i got a 520 on math. I am going to take the SAT this week but i have gotten to 700 on my practice tests. Its all repatition and recognizing different types of problems for the SAT. Few kids (maybe alot of kids on this site) can walk in with out alot of practice and get above a 1300.

SAT of 1080 is a bit low, but grades suggest that you're a strong student. Do you know your AP scores, or any SATII scores?

You're a good candidate, so don't stress!

Yeah, my SAT II score for bio was a 750, and my AP chem score was a 4. I have to take all the other AP tests this year.
