My Chances of Being Accepted Into Loyola University or Lewis University?

Here are my grades for my freshman year:

Sophomore year:
1st semester:

Earth & Space Science- A

P.E.- A+
Spanish II- A

My grades as of now (2nd semester):

Earth & Space Science- A+
Geometry- B+
Health- B+
Biology II- A
CP. English II- A
P.E.- A+
Spanish II- A

MY GPA as of now is 4.00

What are my chances of being accepted into Loyola University at Chicago with these grades? I think I can raise my grade in Health to an A (It turned to a B+ today because I got a B- on an assignment), but I am doubtful when it comes to Geometry. If these grades are unacceptable, are they sufficient for Lewis University?

I have not taken the ACT yet, but I got a 19 on the EXPLORE Test during my freshman year, and I got a 22 on the PLAN test during my sophomore year; I scored highest in English on both of them, Science was second, Math was third, and Reading was fourth.

Note that I am leaning towards getting a Bachelor of Science in either Biochemistry or Physics.

Next year, I have signed up for the following:

U.S. History (required)
Chemistry I (required)
P.E. (required)
CP. English III (required) (honors)
Algebra II (required)
Spanish III (honors)
Anatomy & Physiology (honors)

My senior year (planned):

Consumer Education/American Government (required)
Comp 111/Comp 112 (honors) (college credit)
P.E. (required)
Physics (honors)
Microbiology/Genetics (both honors)
College Algebra (honors)
Statistics (honors), if still offered at the time; or Introduction to Literature/Chemistry II (both honors)

My school no longer offers AP courses, just honors courses (very few of them). The school is getting rid of most of the few courses that offer college credit.

Thank you for your response.
