My chances of getting admitted to these schools?

Hello. This is a bit of a long story so please bear with me if you will.
I'm a high school student who applied to 10 different universities across the states as an international undergraduate student. My cumulative HS gpa is about 3.17 weighted (I know, it's horrible) and my ACT score is 29 (not sure if it's bad or just ok). I took the full IB diploma program during my Junior and Senior years. Now, I know a lot of you may be asking why I decided to do this when I'm applying to the states, where it's pretty much meaningless. When I was in 10th grade, I couldn't decide whether I should take regular courses with some APs or to take the full IB diploma program. My counselor told me to do it and also told me that college admissions officers really look into the rigorousness of your courses, and as you all know, the full IB program is the most challenging program a high school student can take. So these are my stats: 3.17 weighted gpa, 29 ACT, and 103 TOEFL. I did a lot of extra curricular activities, which include the Model United Nations, Class/Student Council (Executive member), chamber singers, service, and varsity baseball. Now you have a general idea of what kind of student I am. Recently, I have been rejected from NYU, U Michigan, UC Davis, UC San Diego, and OSU (I was like wow, seriously OSU?). I'm still waiting for U of Rochester, Johns Hopkins, U of Wisconsin-Madison, UC Irvine, UCB, UCLA, USC, GWU, and BU. I'm getting really anxious and impatient day by day, especially after getting denied from Ohio State U, which was my safety school. What do you think my chances are for the remaining schools? Please give me honest opinions and thanks for reading.

JHU: Reach
Berkeley: Reach (they value grades more than ACT)
UCLA: Reach
USC: Reach
GWU: Reach
UCI: Reach
UWI: High match
U Rochester: High match

Drexel or Temple would have been safety schools, though. Or perhaps Ohio U.

All reaches.

Catria, can you elaborate on what exactly high match means?

A high match is just below a low reach in admissions difficulty. I would agree with the other chancers, your list is pretty much all reaches or high matches.

Is your safety in your home country?

Nope. I only applied to universities in the states. I’m from south korea but I’ve spent most of my life in the middle east, especially Egypt. I go to an international american school here. If all goes down to worst (I really hope that doesn’t happen), I’m going to have to apply to some schools in korea. All I want is to get accepted to at least one school in the states that I have applied to.
