I LOVE Dartmouth and would like to get in.

Any suggestions, any help, anythings plz …

Honestly, it is very difficult to be admitted as an international student. What about SATs? What kind of school do you attend? Has anyone from your school been admitted recently, and if so how do you compare? What country are you applying from? All of these things make a difference.

@Consolation:

About SAT, it would be 2100+.
I am only person from my school who is applying there.

You told "Honestly, it is very difficult to be admitted as an international student. " sounds pretty disappointed :(

the best that you can do is to ace the SAT/ACT and apply ED.

good luck.

Don’t be discouraged Jimmy! I just went through this whole college admissions process and I know all too well the stress you are experiencing.

Dartmouth has a need-blind admissions policy for internationals so that would not be an issue for you (I was always under the impression that admissions for internationals was so difficult because they were not able to participate in a need-blind policy–I could be wrong). Also, make sure you apply to multiple schools of the same caliber and then a few schools that are safeties and matches in order to increase your chances of getting in somewhere perfect for you! All I can leave you with is APPLY! It can’t hurt. GOOD LUCK

Thank you so much for encouraging me.
But I’m not discouraged. Just a little stressed now.

I am applying under early action however I should not apply to multiple schools at the same time.

Anyway, Thank you.
GOOD LUCK TOO! :)

I think you will be on the edge with your current stats but with an SAT score above 2200 and a good, insightful essay, you should be competitive. Good luck!
