<p>I'm currently a sophomore at Missouri University of Science and Technology. I have a 3.61 GPA currently here. I'm trying to transfer to UIUC for Mechanical Engineering. I've participated in intramurals here, been the captain of two teams, and started another team. I'm a member of ASHRAE and also ASME. I had an internship last summer with a mechanical engineering company.
The problem is, UIUC requires Rhet 105 as a transfer requirement. My current school gave me credit for a required composition class so i haven't taken any comp classes yet.
How hard is it to transfer to Engineering at UIUC? Will they allow me to take that class at UIUC?</p>
