<p>Calrify the Math competitions and the research a bit, if you will.</p>

<p>The math competitions are like "Mu Alpha Theta Competitions", distributed and scored nationally.
This summer I was an intern at a major research center, basically shadowing a research scientist, but not really performing research myself. The Summer Academy was a selected group of students from around the state for a learning session.</p>
