Hi! I am a junior/rising senior with a 3.8 weighted GPA. I've only taken one AP class and it wasn't for me so next year I will be taking classes at my high school and the local community college. I tend to do pretty well in my classes although I have one D from sophomore year. I'm in numerous clubs with leadership positions and I'm also doing varsity cheerleading. I do things outside of school such as competitive dance and alittle community service. I have a great personality and I hope that wil shine through in my personal essay. My SAT score is a 1620 (all three) that's lower than the average for chapel hill. What are my chances??

If you are applying out of state, UNC- Chapel Hill is nearly impossible to get into. They have a law that 83% of each freshman class must be in-state residents. So, if you’re oos, I’m sorry to say you have very slim chances of getting in! As far as in-state, I would say that law would work to your benefit and your chances are good!
