My chances to UC's and USC, and what I can do to help

I'll start by posting stats, I'm currently finishing up junior.

Freshman year: 3.2
Sophomore year: 3.7
Junior year: 4.3

UC Gpa: 4.0

1 honors class out of 2 offered was taken 10th grade
AP Bio and APUSH taken 11th

To really capitilize and show my upward trend is for real ill be taking the following senior year:

AP Calc
AP Environmental
AP Spanish
AP Econ/ Gov

I will also take double science with a physics class and may take AP lit if possible.

EC's
Varsity football 2 years
Varsity swim

Junior class Vice President
Student body Vice President (next school year)

There's also a myriad of other things like:
coaching powder puff football in spring
Member of sports club, we run every sports event at school
Countless hours community service in student gov and on my own.
Many others but those aren't major.

SAT: 2100 (am taking again

I am also a National Hispanic Scholar, so I'm obviously an URM.

Is there anything I can do to really increase chances? More AP's senior year? Increase sat >100 points? I've amassed 4 B's among my 10/11th grade , but only one came in first semester of 11th, I ended perfectly.

When it comes to GPA and test scores, more is almost always better than less. Right now your UW GPA is probably on the lower side of average for UCB, UCLA & USC. Your SATs are basically dead center. Everything you can do to get the GPA up certainly makes it harder to reject you. I think essays telling admissions why these schools are important to you and how you’d help the campus community will also help.

The UCs do not consider race in their admissions.

Cal, LA: Low reaches
USC: High match
SD: Match
UCI, Davis, SB: Low matches
Other UCs: Safeties
