My Chances...Will reply to your chances too...

So I am from India, moved here a couple years ago, and I am currently a junior at one of the most competitive public schools in New Jersey. I am definitely an above average student at my school, top 10% atleast, but I would not be considered extremely smart or extremely athletic. The crux of what I want to focus on in college admissions is my steady improvement in academics and ec's too. What standardized test scores will I need to supplement my stats for the colleges I plan to apply to(below)? My stats:

Academics:
UW GPA: 3.7(will stay about the same due to course load)
APs: Took 2, am taking 4, and will take 5 next year(all 4s and 5s)
ACT: Will definitely be 30+
SAT 2s: Am going to take math 2 and french for which I will probably get an 800. Early senior year I will also take Chemistry and Biology which I hope will be strong.

Extracurriculars:
-Varsity Track for Throwing(potential captain next year)
-Weightlifting has been a passion and is likely to make me a part of the varsity football team
-Flute for 6 years in school
-Then French Horn for 2 years
-Piano for 4 years
-I will be a part of the Regional Band for French horn(potentially impressive due to late start)
-Percussion Ensemble for 3 years
-Red Cross for 3 years(likely to be an officer next year)
-Might do NHD to get into at least states...will it help?
-French for 6 years, National Ranking for Le Grand Concours
-Might learn Arabic(I love languages)...will it help?

Volunteering:
-Several hours in local libraries and for cancer awareness societies
-I want to go to India next summer and do something along the lines of volunteering

Other:
-Recommendation letters and Essays are obviously important but I cannot predict my future success(although my guidance counselor really knows me well).
-My goals in high school were to be above average in music, athletics, and academics. About trying to fit in and catch up to my friends who had headstarts over me. These could be potential topics for essays and interviews. By the way how do you get an interview at a college that is far away? Do you have to go there?

Colleges(this is the chance me part):
-Michigan Ann Arbor/UNC Chapel Hill
-Carnegie Mellon
-UC Berkeley
-Northwestern
-Cornell
-Duke
-UPenn

I am truly sorry that this post is long but any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I will reply to your question to the best of my ability as well.

BTW…psychology major

Without exact scores, it’s hard to tell whether you are competitive or not…

I would say you have a strong resume overall. With a 31-33 on your ACT, I think it’s feasible to expect that you can get into some of those schools, though probably not all of them (mainly because at that level, it becomes a matter of luck). If you can get your scores into the highly, highly competitive ranges (34-36), you have the best possible chance of getting in.

Please chance me, too!

Well yea I know that I do not have any solid scores but I took two ACT practice tests, with no preparation ahead of time, and got a 31 and a 32. Looking at the preparation I am going to be doing for the next 4-5 months I think I can get a competitive range score. However, thank you very much for taking the time to answer I appreciate it. I would just like to add that Northwestern is really my aim. I know that UPenn and Duke would be really hard, i just mentioned them because I would love to go there but yea Northwestern/Cornell.

We do need a real score for chancing. ACT 30+ can be anything from match to high reach. If you do get 31-32 as in your practice and with a GPA of 3.7, these schools are mostly a low reach to reach for you.
