I know that USC does not allow academic renewals and because of that I also know there are some private universities that allow it on certain circumstances as long as its not a class you are majoring in as what I was told from one admission counselor. I didn’t do very good my first semester of freshman year of college and I am doing way better and have A’s and B’s. I have tried researching and looking for answers on google but it does not give me an answer. Does University of San Diego, Pepperdine, and Loyola Marymount University accept academic renewals? I have to apply for one Academic renewal next month but im applying this semester so it will show an “F” on my transcript 
Not sure whether to wait till next semester to get that off or just apply…? I know F’s do not look good on transcripts 
Please let me know what I should do as well
