My Chances?

Hi. I am from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine and currently at 11th grade (we don't have 12th grade). My school is considered to be one of the best in Ukraine. Also, it's specialized in Computer Science. My intended major: Computer Science/Engineering.
My SAT Reasoning Test: 2090 (770 Math, 690 Writing, 630 Reading)
Math (Level 2): 760
Physics: 740
And I've received only 580 Japanese with Listening (I have never taken Japanese at school (we don't have it at all at our schools), and my future major has nothing to do with Japanese. I've taken the test just for "fun").
My GPA at 10th grade was about 10.5 (10=A-, 11=A, 12=AP). I was 3rd in our class (out of 30). Current GPA is unknown.
AT school I'm taking Advanced IT and Advanced Programming.
I've had 3rd place at Ukrainian IT contest and 1st/2nd/3rd places at Programming, Computer Graphics, English contest (Dnipropetrovsk & Dnipropetrovsk oblast).
Extra Curricular Activities: Japanese, German, Mathematics, Dressage. I've also finished musical school (piano) at 7th grade and I've just started Archery.

So... I have no idea where should I apply. Could it be enough for some top universities?

P.S. Sorry for my mistakes. I've just received my SAT II scores, so I'm so nervous that I can barely write :)

Also, I haven’t mention that usually Ukrainian schools don’t have Advanced Mathematics/Physics/… at all. But my school offers 4 Advances courses. 3 of them are at the same time, so I’m attending only IT and Programming. And, yes, there is nothing like AP/honor/… in Ukraine.
P.S. TOEFL 105
