Essay was very good, about my experience in the United States and how I became a citizen.

I am also shooting for the Marine Corps ROTC Scholarship & the Army ROTC Scholarship.

Out of state probably not, in state I'll give you a 1/3 chance of acceptance because I am guessing you are ESL and have some good E.C.s these days u want at least a 3.6 and a 1750+ to get into uw.

AP's are good. Your EC's are a plus. GPA/test scores are a problem. For UW, Asian is not a considered a plus for admission (look at the % of total students) BUT your experience of becoming a US citizen may be a hook...depends on how you portrayed yourself in the essay. Overall it is really hard to say this year with admissions. Our college counselor told us to NOT count on the UW this year as a sure thing even for top students due to the budget and increase in numbers. Good luck!
