My chances?

So here's my story, I transferred to a small university after I went a community college. Lets just say I didn't get off to the best start. After my first semester I ended up getting a 0.0 GPA, I know really bad, I didn't like the major I was in. After changing my major and was able to bring it up above a 1.0. I was allowed to stay another semester, but was eventually suspended because I failed to bring it up to a 2.0.

So I went back to a community college for a couple of semesters, reapplied back to the university and got back in. While I had been working with my academic adviser on my readmission letter, he suggested that I take a couple summer classes to help my GPA and ease me back into the curriculum at the university. So I wrote in my readmission letter this is what I wanted to do. Because if I didn't take this opportunity for summer classes, I would've needed a 3.5 GPA for the fall semester in order to bring my cumulative GPA to a 2.0. Which is definitely a challenge.

So I do this grade forgiveness that the university has, you know you can retake classes and the better grade stays on your GPA and the bad grade gets wiped off. I retake 2 classes. I did really well in them, got Bs in both, so I had a 3.0 for the summer semester. My last semester at the community college I got a 2.75 GPA and now a 3.0 at the university. This 3.0 brings my cumulative GPA to a 1.91, I was at a 1.44 before I took the summer classes, so it helped a lot. Now all I need is a 2.2 to bring my cumulative GPA to a 2.0

Back before I even took these classes my academic adviser tell me that if I take summer classes I'll have to show academic improvement in order to take the fall classes. Which I felt I've done. But the thing is, is that he never said anything about having to appeal again. Which I'm doing right now.

So what are my chances of being able to stay?? I felt like I wrote a solid appeal letter.
The bad thing is if I am suspended again I'm gone for good. Will I be able to get into another university?
