My College Choice Conundrum

Ok so here we go. I have been accepted to four of my seven colleges, and I'm still waiting on the other 3. Here's my problem: at this point in time, my best choices are UNH and UConn. Here are the particulars...
First, my dad has allocated about $25,000 a year for me for college (I'm lucky I know).
UNH: Honors Program and $16,000 total scholarship. It's my state school, so I would actually "receive" $16k after graduation.
UConn: Half-Tuition Scholarship. So the total cost would be about $25,000.

For me, is UNH a better choice than UConn? Not only do I get the scholy and get to keep 16 grand, but employers will see my Honors Program Diploma. Or I go to UConn and come out even. Is that even worth doing considering my situation? I just got the UConn scholy today and I was/am extatic but now I'm facing the realities of my situation. Thoughts?

it depends on your preference. if uconn is your complete dream school and your dad is ok with paying for it, then it makes sense to go for your dream and go there. however, if you only slightly prefer uconn to UNH, then i think you should go to the school that’s giving you a full ride.

Well UConn is my third choice (waiting on UNC and Wisconsin) and I only get $4k a year on scholarship ($25,000 - $4,000 is hardly a full ride)

If you like smaller classes with perhaps more motivated students and a full ride, I would choose UNH.
