After 3 big road trips in the past year I have pretty much finalized my college list, however i need to make sure its balanced. I have a 33 ACT,93 UW GPA, 96 WGPA, (rank is unknown at the moment but its either top 10% or top 15%) for more info look at my chance me thread
Safeties:
American University
Binghamton University (in state financial safety)
George Mason University
Targets:
William & Mary
Davidson
George Washington University
Reaches:
Georgetown (number one)
UNC Chappell Hill
Duke
Emory (visiting in september)

Is my list balanced and should I subtract a reach so I have more time to focus on the other supplementals? (polisci is intended major)

Frankly, whether or not you should erase a reach depends on how much free time you think you’ll have this year. I think that your list is pretty balanced, and you do stand a chance of getting into maybe one or two of your reaches. Are you applying to any of them ED?
