i go to a community college right now and have three private schools i want to apply to, so i went to student services to ask if they would help me fill out the college report forms (college report and secondary school final report) and they said they don’t do that because they aren’t associated with the common app? i don’t even know what they meant by that but now i can’t have those documents filled out and i don’t know what to do
What are those forms? You would send in your college transcript and high school transcript if requested by the schools you are applying to.
@TomSrOfBoston they are labeled as “College Report” and “Additional Forms” in the Recommenders and FERPA section of the applications (they can’t be completed online, you have to print them out and mail them). Are they required or do i only need to send in transcripts?
Most schools require these forms. When I transferred last year, I had the college report filled out by the Office of Judicial Affairs /Office of Registar. For the mid-term report, I went to each of my professors and had them write down and sign off on my current grade in the course.
