<p>They wouldn’t – it gives you that extra edge – so many applicants would love to have this opportunity, right?. Now that your essay’s submitted, it’s submitted. You could try contacting them, or sending them a polite fax explaining your situation but I don’t think it’d help! I had a minor typo in my Yale essay but still got through. Adcoms realize that we’re all humans and can make a few mistakes. Best of luck :)</p>
