I am an international applying after a gap year. Recently, Purdue office of International required me to submit my graduation certificate, so I asked my counselor to scan and submit it. She submitted it through her optional report section. However, today Purdue notified me that the certificate must be translated (the certificate doesn’t have any English on it). Now that my counselor has used up her optional report and is unable to make a correction, what should she/I do?
Your counselor should call Purdue directly or the dean of your school and straighten it out.
