Anyone else out there in the same boat? Do any of you have suggestions to help me cope with this?

You're putting your eggs all in one basket. If you had multiple things going for you in life then this wouldn't be a problem. However, at our age it's quite understandable.

Just try not to make any colleges a reflection of yourself or compare yourself to it. Most importantly don't fear or worry about rejections, if I lost self confidence everytime I got a rejection I wouldn't even be living right now. Just take a deep breathe and live life.

Not getting into UCLA really shook me up. My advice: Let yourself have a good cry. It lets everything out and then you can move on.

I don't think we can help but feel a little rejected personally when rejection letters come.

But at the end of the day, it is just undergraduate college admissions, the great crapshoot of life. You're better than your rejection letters and your admissions.
