<p>Look at the top of the paper for the number 1040. Your parents might have simply given you all of their financial information (bank statements, W2s, etc) for some reason.</p>
<p>I don’t know, but it’s long. There are pages of “Capital Gains and Losses”, “Earned Income Credit”, “Standard Deduction for Certain Filer” and “Making Work Pay and Government Retiree Credits”. It’s pretty long.</p>
<p>They sent me a letter telling me I got “conditionally accepted”. I have to mail them these damn tax forms to show them I meet the income requirements for the EOF program.</p>

<p>I did not get accepted in Montclair, which shocked me.</p>
<p>Call or email the FA office to see if they only want the 1040, or 1040 with schedules. Also, if your parents e-filed, make sure they actually sign the 1040 before you send it!</p>
