My final situation.

Okay. I have a little less than 2 weeks to decide on which school I will attend.
Just an fyi, my ACT is 30: 30 in math. Im including this because I plan to major in mechanical engineering. However, after college, I plan to get a job with something that is business-related.
My two choices are UIUC and Northeastern University.
For UIUC I would graduate with 11k in debt.
For Northeastern I would graduate with 2k in debt.
I would also graduate from northeastern in 5 years versus 4 from illinois.
What are your opinions and thoughts? Where would you go and why?
Thanks!

Bump. Any opinion uisIs appreciated.

Bump.

Do you prefer either campus?

I would go with Northeastern. They’re very strong for business and Boston is a wonderful college town.

I think UIUC has the edge as an engineering program. But if you have a preference, I’d go there as the difference in debt is manageable. I’d consider the many differences between the schools in terms of location, size, campus life, and if you like the idea of a coop or would rather do summer internships and graduate a year earlier.

i think i prefer UIUC because it has the number 5th ranked engineering program and also it is in a college-town.

where would you all go?
