<p>I think your chances are really good…great test scores, good gpa (albeit class rank is not so great), great courseload. ECs are a little generic, probably the weakest part of your app, but if you have good recs/killer essays, i don’t see why you should get in! good luck! </p>
<p>You certainly have the requisite scores. It’s all up whether Penn needs someone like you and whether your essay is good. Good luck (your scores far exceed mine and I got in ed) .</p>
<p>I wouldn’t necessarily put you in that 1.2%. I would put you in a different pool with all the other applicants who attended schools which dont report class rank. Its my understanding that 98.9% of those who reported their class rank were in the top 10%.</p>
