<p>He, my room mate,really worry about it because I got addmitted from UCSD one week ago. Does he have a chance to get in UCSD? His GPA is 3.6 and applied for chinese major. He is a international student and I heard the number of international students what they accept will decrease because the goverment cut the budget of education and support residental student. Is this true?</p>

<p>AND, He also applied for UCLA,UCB without a honor program. Does he have a chance??</p>

<p>I heard that the number of OOS and Int’l would increase because they would have to pay more, but I can’t confirm it.</p>
