I started college at csu where I was super miserable and got depressed, and failed all my classes except one that was an easy pass(a 0.036 gpa). after having time to reflect and get help, i have slowly been rebuilding myself back up. i transferred to a community college and I have been taking courses, maintaining a 4.0 gpa and of the 3 courses that I failed at the csu, I am taking one of them now and am guaranteed to get an A. I did the math and bc of the two classes I failed, I will have a overall of 3.2 by the fall admissions come around. However, by the time I finish fall semester, if everything goes according to plan (I’m pretty sure I can pull all A’s again) I will have a 4.0.
The reason I ask this is because I am a comp sci major and most of the colleges require 3.3+ gpas which I will be able to meet at the end of fall semester, but because I don’t meet it at the time of the actual admission time, does that mean I can’t apply?
