Hey guys..

I'm in my 3rd semester of college, and I'm pretty sure I totally bombed it.

In the worst case scenario I get a 2.5 GPA, my cumulative will drop to around 2.8-2.9.

I did poorly on my economics and CS final exams, so I doubt I can pull off anything over Cs in those classes.

Since I have 5 more semesters to go, is there a possibility that I can once again make my GPA higher? I had a 3.6 GPA my first semester and a 3.0 for the second. Now, its going to drop even further..

I started slacking, and my course work eventually overwhelmed me.. Its a sad, but painful mistake.

I just feel so depressed right now because winter break is just around the corner, and breaking this news to my folks is going to kill me inside... I know I can do well if I work hard. I got placed into engineering calculus 2 my first semester, and it was one of the most brutal courses I've ever taken. I managed to do well and actually earned an A, which left me quite surprised.

I'm at a state college that's probably ranked in the top 50. I want to aim for an MBA from a top end school such as NYU Stern, Wharton, etc. Please advise me on what grades I need to get now in order to pull my GPA back to a 3.5. Also, will those high end colleges look down upon me for gradually doing worse the first three semesters?

Thanks.
