are you serious 5k? not to be cocky, but i wish my practices were that easy......i run 50-60 minutes per day...which is about 5 to 6 miles a day and a 5k is only three miles</p>

let me tell you a story about the other day.........our school has a badmington team filled with asians.............so we were all running and i see the badmintings kids running a 2mile....god that was funny...we made so much fun of them......we did circles around them...it was hillarious.....what can you say......WE ARE RUNNERS</p>
