My HS doesn't offer honors classes, will it hurt my chances?

I'm from OOS and instead of honors classes, my school offers accelerated courses, which are basically honors courses without the grade bump (we also have regular and AP classes). I have taken all available accelerated courses, but after reading this site for a while, I realize that students in other schools are taking 4 or 5 honors courses and receive grade bumps for those courses. They can take the same level of classes as me, get the same grades, but end up with a much higher GPA because of the grade bump for honors courses. Will this hurt my admission chances?
