<p>Just received my letter of acceptance into UVA as well as the Echols Scholars Program today. I've been in and out of this discussion board a bit in the past, and I just wanted to let everyone know as well as thank everyone here who's been a help in this process. </p>
<p>As of right now, it's my top choice among the schools I've heard back from, so... we'll see.</p>

<p>i got a call for Echols, but today i also got a letter of acceptance and invitation to join the College Science Scholars in the letter. Is one better than the other or could i still get both??</p>
<p>I got both of my letters at the same time so, yes it is possible to be an Echols and a College Science Scholar.</p>
