My Orientation Session 102 Experience

LOL@blonde heads! hahaha! i come from a school that had ONE blonde… and we had around 3000ish students! 'twill definitely be a REALLY “new experience”, i guess! =)

and do they have like parties or formal-nights and stuff during orientation?? (and no… the jamba thing apparently does not qualify as a party).

Um, no formal parties or anything like that. Kids were going crazy in the halls at night and all sorts of stuff, but I just focused on beating my roomates to the shower and walking around the school by myself. I really liked the top floor of the Ack Union, where I bought food and had wireless connection. Orient kids sometimes met up with me for meals.

Heh, my brothers were planning to hangout on campus Monday night to give bad directions to people.

back to the LAPTOP thing…

do you think I’ll have to worry about it being stolen?? my parents won’t let me take it because they think it will get stolen. ah.

If you leave it in your room and make sure your door is shut, then I think your laptop will be very safe. I left mine in my room when I wasn’t using it and I was never concerned about it getting stolen. I mean it’s not at all likely your roommates will steal it and no one else has access to your room.

just hide it in your luggage/duffle bag

haha. ok thanks!
i’ll try to convince my parents! =]]

What time does orientation end on the 3rd day?

around 5 or 5:30

how have u guys not seen blondes before where do u live

^ Trust me, it happens, especially in the poor parts of the US (kinda like the “white-flight” thing).

At my school, the only blondes you saw were teachers and those girls that dye it.
Students that were naturally blonde could be counted on a single hand.
