My Rejection Story.

Not really a story.

I had to wait 2 hours in line to check some ancient hotel computer.

Yeah it's terrible. Oh well. All of us will move on to to great things.

I have but one thing to say CC... Let our success make them wish they had accepted us.

Makes me feel bad
Mal, you have been great.

I salute you (my father says this all the time)

I dealt with Columbia’s crappy online system for 1 hour and 45 minutes before I was waitlisted :)

I’m sorry, Mal. I know what it’s like to be rejected (I was rejected from all four Ivy League schools I applied to.).

I know that everyone says what I am about to say, but for you, I swear all of this is true:

It is Yale’s loss. You are an amazing person, and you probably made everyone who regularly visited this forum laugh out loud more than once. (Even though I didn’t post much (slow computer), you are the main reason I checked this forum daily for the last 3+ months – just to see what antics you were up to. I was never disappointed. :)).

You will be successful wherever you go – there is NO way that someone as charismatic and amazing as you are could not be. Wherever you go, your successes WILL make Yale wish they had accepted you, and the people around you will be thrilled to have the privilege of knowing you.

I think I speak for all Yale 2013-hopeful CCers when I say thank you for making these last 3 months not only bearable, but also entertaining and something to look forward to.

Now, go out into the world, do whatever it is you want to do, and make us all proud!

Good luck.
