660 reading, 680 writing, 750 math given everything else on my app is good?

Yup; it is.

For example, I have a: 770 writing, 670 math, 760 reading.

So my reading and writing are strong, but math is slightly below. You will be fine–perhaps in the lower end, but fine!

I think they are fine. I know someone who got in with a 2090, so no worries.

^for that kid with the 2090, did they have a hook, perchance? What’s good enough for a non-hooked kid? (meaning a white kid who won’t be a recruited athlete and isn’t a legacy)

you dont have to have a hook to get in with a 2090… Sat’s arent everything.

^well I don’t really think that my friend had any hook. She wrote really inspired essays and was an interesting person. SAT I isn’t everything.

haha I got in with a 2090 w/o a hook. Tho I also submitted the ACT…

Duke is not going to reject you with a 2090. It’s definitely not going to be a strong portion of your application, but it’s really not going to hurt you. Remember–scores are just one of the five or six components that Duke considers in your application.

jeez 2090 not terrible…

lol i got into duke with a 2090

since when is a 2090 terrible haha, you don’t need a hook with that type of score.

(but it would place you at around the 25th percentile)

Certainly is within range, although it depends on your circumstances too: international? under-represented minority? etc. i wouldn’t worry too much though

I got a 2080 and I got in… but I also submitted the ACT and that went slightly better

2090 is alright but generally try to get at least 700 in each subject. Then again, if you look at the forum you can see kids with sat scores of less than 2000 get in, and kids with scores in the 2200s and 2300s be rejected.
