My school will not offer AP US or Euro next year

Basic knowledge of statistics is generally useful no matter what your major is, although you can take a statistics course in college (often with the option of a calculus-based course if you have had calculus).

If the AP CS course in your high school is the principles one, the knowledge from it may be helpful generally, as it can help you understand the relationships between CS and other subjects. Note that colleges may offer a similar course; here is one such course whose course materials are available on-line if you want to go through them on your own for learning sake (as opposed to credit sake): http://cs10.org .

What would your schedule look like, total?
Have you inquired about online or cc (dual enrollment) options?
If you’re really interested in humanities and social sciences, that’s what your senior schedule should reflect.
Not for the credits, but for the content and college preparation.
