<p>By waiting until the last minute, I've run into this problem.</p>
<p>I applied and got accepted to UCSC and got my e-mails regarding setting up my MyUCSC account. However, silly me thought it would be a great idea to wait until the last day to try to activate that account with the same link, claim code, and CruzID I received from the "Accessing the UC Santa Cruz Portal" e-mails to set up my account and send in my SIR. The issues?</p>
<p>The activation/claim code entry link no longer works.
The "Forgot Your Password?" option with my CruzID doesn't work because Security Questions have not been set up.
The IT Request's "Forgot Password" requires a UCSC e-mail connected to my account.
The ITS Support Center hotline is open Mon.-Fri. from 8:00AM-5:00PM. And this is the weekend.</p>
<p>So, is there anything I can do? Or do I just not deserve to go to UCSC anyway for waiting this long?</p>
