Hi, I just checked the status of my application on myNOVA and it says that my test scores, common app, payment, and supplement have been received, but my transcript and secondary school report haven't. Could this be because I submitted my application and supplement on the 7th? My guidance counselor sent out the materials shortly after thanksgiving break, so those should be at Villanova by now. Does it just take time to combine the paper materials with the online materials, or am I screwed? :(

Call admissions and ask what to do.

AqueousView11, I have the same exact problem. My guidance counselor sent my paper materials weeks ago - I’m assuming that perhaps it takes time for them to match paper with electronic submissions, however I plan on e-mailing / calling tonight to find out. I’ll let you know what they tell me!

You can call admissions, but when I applied early action in fall 2007, it took over a month for it to be properly reflected in NOVASIS (myNOVA is new for this year)

Thanks for the responses! I called admissions and they do in fact have all of my materials.

I have the same problem with another school. From what I’ve heard, it takes quite a while for documents to be processed. So even if they received it weeks ago, they may not have looked through the piles and piles of mail and found yours and put them in the system.
