<p>FYI, dc++ isn't really legal if you are downloading licenced mp3s, movies, etc. i.e. what 99% of Berkeley's population is downloading.</p>

<p>If you're in a dorm, and you get caught pirating crap, there are serious consequences. Don't do it.</p>
