actually both since you say that…

@justin, i did that and i still cant seem to login

@bear, you’re not the only one. that seems to remain a positive indicator regardless. I think perhaps it was Philo or someone else who stated earlier in the thread that the logic was that they wouldn’t bother processing your award and listing it (complete or otherwise) if you weren’t a candidate for admission. pretty solid, no? besides, there are people who can’t even see what you’re seeing. it isn’t 100% certain, obviously, but definitely not a bad thing!

@bear
mine looks just about the same. don’t think it means much. although i am happy that i show up in their system. more than i did yesterday. also, my “documents” were submitted on April 18th, that is today—okay, you already know that.

@northbeach: I can’t wait any longer. :/

@chewbacca, in your post, you stated “w/o ID” and that you checked the last box. you need to use your ID and you need to check “New Students.” this, however, will give you access only to URSA, not MyUCLA. you’ll need to play around with URSA (specifically summer session) to get into MyUCLA. so, if you can’t get into URSA, you haven’t followed the steps properly.

northbeach i am gonna come look for you if your wrong. lul. no seriously.

@bear, haha, I know, that’s what I was responding to. read my post, silly! :)

@justin, yea i created a new one with the new UCLA student box checked. I get an error message that says ursa is only for officially admitted students.

@chewbacca, if that is the case, then you missed something during the steps. no one here has that problem if they’ve created the login ID correctly. PM me and I can take you through it step-by-step if you need it! :)

@yabeardo
yeah, i really know what you mean. but it will not be long now. remember when we were six months away? now that was gross.

@seonoh
i am never wrong. and that can be very annoying sometimes. haha.

I’m betting on my Collegeconfidential account that anyone that can see their award summary will get in on fri.

I call your bet and raise you a Bruin sweatshirt :)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH^^^^
I’m getting effed up friday night if I get in…Bottles on me

@bearterritory3 we will hold you to that!!

At 5 I’m taking 5 shots and logging on… Sounds like a great idea

@justine think I’ll head over to ucla that night just to get my hands on one of them.

^im gonna take 5 fat hits of ganja on friday before i log on

@ Thepavin: That might be a bad idea my friend. That means you will either dance like a drunkard or cry like one. hahah. jk =]

Quick thought about the seeing your financial aid status thing…
I submitted my fafsa a couple days late (due to some bad info from a counselor) so I filed an appeal to be considered on-time. Now under my fin aid document tracking it says:

Student name: my name
Award period: Academic Year 2012-2013
Status: Completed
FAFSA RECD FROM CENTRAL PROC Completed 2012-04-18
STUDENT APPEAL DOCUMENT(S) Completed 2012-04-18

Not sure why they would accept and compete my appeal if the fin aid tracking thing meant nothing…?
= )
