As the title states, I'm an incoming freshman this year, and I've been unable to access all of the UCLA websites basically. I am in China for the summer and normally live in the US, it shouldn't matter though since even if the great firewall filters UCLA websites (doubtful) I am running a VPN to bypass it. URSA worked a while ago, but now it is also giving me an error.
I get this error message when trying to login to my.ucla LOGIN ERROR

I get a similar message when attempting to access my email....as I am in China I can't receive any letters which would be sent to my mailbox at home, but there was no email notification of any kind to my hotmail account which I had been receiving UCLA updates at regarding being rescinded or anything....
