<p>I've been trying to change the name on my file with my school for months now. I went to school in two different countries and my name got all screwed up. Now I want to change it to my legal name. Sent them all the documents they needed and still on one will answer my phone call or emails. Nothing! What do I do? I finally got my mom to write them a email, I hope they respond.</p>
