What are some good indoor napping locations on campus? Powell lower level is always full except in the morning. :[

there's also the kerckhoff study lounges. and if you nap in YRL no one's gonna bother you... put a few chairs together since i haven't seen any couches.

Kerckhoff study lounges are always jam-packed!

Empty classrooms. Agree with YRL.

Top floors of that building across from SAC should be OK. Kauffman I think.

on the grass outside janss steps? good weather these days :)

^ 100 on Janss steps - great place to fall asleep...

hmmmmmm..
Young cs 24, 50 have VERY COMFORTABLE SEATS...
Just go to a random lecture, sleep and when the class is over,
just wake up hahahaha

interesting fact: I normally have Chem class at CS50, today we had a review session in CS24, and I noticed that CS24's seats are so horribly small, I felt really close to the person next to me...

but theyre so new and maroon!

EDIT...oh wait, thats CS76.

It's hard not to fall asleep in De Neve Auditorium w/ the lights dimmed. Class=forced naptime. :[

The Powell "Veranda" is it? The one with the fatty squishy chairs is usually a good nap place. But I never seem to have a problem finding a sofa in Powell lower level, which is where I usually sleep.

just go to one of lavelle's lectures. doesnt matter how uncomfortable/comfortable the chairs are, he'll put you to sleep

i take nap in my dorm room.
it's the best actually. nothing else beats a good ol' cushiony bed with warm blanket and full pillow. I'll be glad to lend you guys my bed while I'm not using it. just holler.

i actually already had a signup sheet going dhl3, we've been using your bed for a couple weeks now.

thanks, though.

i've been sleeping on the benches near PAB lately. but it's outdoors so i dunno. but yeah, benches or the grass (when it's not wet)

sofa/benches outside pab 1425
sofa/benches outside the elevators on the third floor of pab
couches in esuc lounge
couches in tbp tutoring room
rice conference room (they probably wont notice you anyways)

yea, but pab 1425 sofas are loud cuz the hallway acts as a great echo corridor. have to try 3rd floor pab though, and ESUC.

any napping partners out there?

;]

^^ Hi I'm Chris Hansen, why don't you take a seat.

^Well played.
