<p>As part of the National Merit program, there's the Achievement scholarship for African American Students. I know USC has the Presidential scholarship for NMF's, but do they recognize National Achievement Finalists with scholarships as well?</p>
<p>I got the USC acceptance letter on Friday, and the Dean's Scholarship letter today.</p>
