<p>I just got called down to the college office about this; unfortunately during a very bad time so i kind of just rushed in, signed my name, and left.</p>
<p>Can someone explain to me what this program is? I searched up about it a bit, its a nice accolade; but can it actually help me in terms of getting money for college?</p>
<p>The NHRP is something the College Board does, not the NMSC. There is no direct $ tied to it. You must search for individual institutions that offer any tangible benefits for the recognition.</p>
<p>There are certain colleges that award scholarships to NH students. I think Fordham is one. There are others…</p>

<p>Make sure you look at the latest information, as there have been some changes over the last two years. The best thing is to communicate with the admissions office of your college(s) of choice.</p>
