National Hispanic Recognition Program help

<p>I just got called down to the college office about this; unfortunately during a very bad time so i kind of just rushed in, signed my name, and left.</p>

<p>Can someone explain to me what this program is? I searched up about it a bit, its a nice accolade; but can it actually help me in terms of getting money for college?</p>

<p>The NHRP is something the College Board does, not the NMSC. There is no direct $ tied to it. You must search for individual institutions that offer any tangible benefits for the recognition.</p>

<p>There are certain colleges that award scholarships to NH students. I think Fordham is one. There are others…</p>
